Hi there,

Everyone seems to think that they need to "work hard" to be successful...

But often working hard isn't sustainable...You get tired, you get sick of it, your health suffers, you procrastinate, etc., you know how it goes!

But what if you worked just as much, but you *enjoyed* the work?  That is much more sustainable, and much more pleasant too...You are also much more likely to be able to tap into your creativity to continuously find new and better ways to do things.

One way to ensure that this is true is choose a career direction, or start your own business, such that what you are doing is (at least mostly) something you enjoy and can get passionate about.  Luckily we are designed such that this is also likely to be a talent of yours.

But, what about right now, in the career you have now?  Are there ways to make things more fun, less stressful and just more enjoyable in what you are doing right now?  I will ask for responses before I give my ideas...

So what do you think are some ways to enjoy what you are doing right now more?

I find that if I want to make what I do now more fun, I try to push aside my focus on any of the negative or unpleasant sides of my vocation.

I choose to not let any external factors effect my state of mind.

In my view, there is really only one person who can and should be able to change how you feel, and that is yourself.

It's a great passage.
A student as I am ,I often find there are too much I should but don't want to do.And I even don't know whether my work can lead to a good resault.I think if I can get some advice.
